Direct Payments:

STEP 1: Go to your Billing Settings. In "Active Subscriptions" hit the 3 dots "..." next to the subscription you would like to cancel and select "Cancel this subscription".

Paid via PayPal? Click here for PayPal instructions.

STEP 2: When prompted to confirm, select "Cancel Subscription" and then click "OK".

Your membership has now been cancelled. Your program access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. 

PayPal:

STEP 1: Go to your Billing Settings. In "Active Subscriptions" hit the 3 dots "..." next to the subscription you would like to cancel and select "Cancel in Paypal".

You will be redirected to sign in to PayPal using your PayPal login.

STEP 2: Select the Learning At The Primary Pond subscription you wish to cancel under "active" Automatic payments that you wish to cancel.

STEP 3: Select "Cancel", and then hit the "Cancel Automatic Payments" button. Once you press "Done", you'll see your membership has been marked "Inactive"

 

Your membership has now been cancelled. Your program access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.Â
